  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Chicken Broth - 10 fl oz
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Wash and chop the herbs.

Wash the plums, remove the pits, and cut into small cubes.

Step 3

Rinse the cornmeal.

Step 4

Peel, wash, and slice the onion into half rings.

Step 5

Rinse the dried apricots and chop finely.

Step 6

Pour salted broth into a pot, add the cornmeal, and cook until partially cooked.

Step 7

Mix the porridge with the prepared ingredients and season with butter.

Step 8
