- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon

- Water - 2 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Brown Sugar - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 4.4 oz
- Dried Apricots - 1.1 oz
- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" - 1 piece
- Chopped almonds - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.

Toast the almond flakes in a dry skillet until golden brown.

In a large bowl, combine the prepared sauce, mayonnaise, sour cream, and dried apricots.
