- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Red Grape Juice - 2 fl oz
- Water - 2 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Brown Sugar - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 4.4 oz
- Dried Apricots - 1.1 oz
- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" - 1 piece
- Chopped almonds - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the chicken breast in salted boiling water until cooked through.
Step 3
Let the cooked chicken cool slightly and then cut it into medium cubes.

Chop the onion into small cubes.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add the onion, bay leaf, curry powder, and sauté, stirring, for 2 minutes.

Add tomato paste and red wine, stir, and bring to a boil.

Add lemon juice, a pinch of sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Strain the sauce through a sieve and let it cool.

Toast the almond flakes in a dry skillet until golden brown.
