- Sour Cream - 3 spoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - 3 spoons
- Raisins - 3.5 oz
- Semolina - 2 spoons
- Vanillin - to taste
- Green Banana Syrup - 1 glass
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
Step by Step guide

In the strained cottage cheese, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, an egg beaten with sugar, semolina, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and vanilla.

Thoroughly mix everything with a wooden spatula, adding the peeled and rinsed raisins.
Step 3
After that, place the cottage cheese mixture into a greased frying pan or a shallow pot that has been sprinkled with crushed breadcrumbs, smooth the surface, spread sour cream on top, drizzle with oil, and bake in a preheated oven for 25–30 minutes.
