- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder or rub it through a sieve, beat in 2 raw eggs, add sugar, 1 tablespoon of melted oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and mix everything well. Then, add the sifted flour to the mixture and knead. Place the cottage cheese dough on a floured surface and cut it into four equal parts, roll each part into a thin sausage shape, slightly flatten it, and cut it into small pieces (diamonds), which should be dropped into salted boiling water and cooked until they float to the surface.
Step 2
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked dumplings to a dish, drizzle with melted oil, and sprinkle with crushed breadcrumbs that have been toasted to a golden color. Serve them hot with sour cream.
