  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Semolina - 1.8 oz
  • Pears - 7.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step 1

Mash the cottage cheese well with a fork or mixer, add the eggs, semolina, and season with salt.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set aside for 1 hour to allow the semolina to swell.

Step 3

Cut the pears into small cubes or thin slices and mix them into the cottage cheese mixture.

Heat a skillet. Use a tablespoon to pour the pancakes onto the skillet and fry without oil on both sides until golden brown.
