  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mash the cottage cheese with the egg, vanilla sugar, salt, and sugar.

Step 2

Add the rice. The rice should be well cooked, until fully done.

Step 3

Mix the cottage cheese and rice mixture well and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Shape the cottage cheese and rice mixture into patties and coat them in flour.

Step 5

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, place the patties in, and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Step 6

Transfer the fried patties to a plate.
