Description
You can change the filling to your taste and preference. It is delicious both hot and cold.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 8.1 oz
- Margarine - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 6.3 oz
- Ketchup - 3 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 piece
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Ham - 7.1 oz
- Canned Truffles - 3.5 oz
- Pickled Eggplant with Peppers - 1 piece
- Potato - 1 piece
- Cheese Spread - 4.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from cottage cheese, margarine, and flour. The amount is specified for a 30 cm mold; if yours is smaller, reduce the amount of ingredients proportionally. If the dough is sticky, add more flour.
Step 2
Grease the cake pan or line it with parchment paper. Spread the dough in the mold, making high edges (we have a lot of filling).
Step 3
The first layer is ketchup, spread it on the bottom.
Step 4
The second layer is onion, finely chopped.
Step 5
The third layer is herbs to taste (I used parsley and dill).
Step 6
The fourth layer is finely chopped ham.
Step 7
The fifth layer is mushrooms, if you like.
Step 8
The sixth layer is pickled cucumber sliced into rings.
Step 9
The seventh layer is tomato sliced into rings, and of course, top it with grated cheese.
Step 10
Bake for 35 minutes at 392°F, let it cool slightly.
