- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 1 can
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Semolina - 2 tablespoons
- Spinach - 8.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cheese Spread - 0.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add egg yolks, 2 tablespoons of melted oil, sugar, salt, and semolina to the mashed cottage cheese. Mix everything well and beat with a wooden spatula. Sort the spinach, remove the stems, wash the leaves in two or three waters, drain in a colander, let the water drain, then finely chop and mix with the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 2
Combine this mixture with the whipped egg whites, transfer it to a greased pan sprinkled with crushed breadcrumbs, level the surface, spread sour cream on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with oil, and place in the oven for 25–30 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the hot pudding to a serving dish, drizzle with oil, and serve with cold sour cream.
