- Chinese green beans - 10.6 oz
- Marinated cherries - 10 pieces
- Basil - ⅓ bunch
- Toasted Sesame - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Cumin - 2 teaspoons
- Paprika - 5½ teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Goat cheese - 10 pieces
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix sesame seeds, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. If the cheese is not sliced, cut it into small circles or squares, coat in the mixture, and place on paper. Refrigerate for 1 hour (if time allows, leave for 1 day).
Step 2
Combine vinegar, salt, and mustard, and start whisking, gradually adding olive oil. Refrigerate.
Step 3
Boil the potatoes and beans until tender. Rinse the beans under cold water and let cool. Chop the basil.
Step 4
