  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 4 fl oz
  • Chili jam - 2 fl oz
  • Brown Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground ancho chili pepper - 2 pieces
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Oregano - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Simmer the ribs for 45-60 minutes until they become tender.

Step 2

Prepare the barbecue sauce: blend together apple cider vinegar, chili sauce, brown sugar, chopped canned green chili peppers, vegetable oil, salt, and dried oregano.

Step 3

Place the ribs on the grill over medium heat. Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning and basting with the sauce.
