- Lime - 1 piece

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil 300 milliliters of water, add salt, and a tablespoon of oil. Add the couscous, remove from heat, cover, and let it sit for 5–10 minutes. Squeeze the lime juice and mix.
Step 2
Peel the cucumber and cut it into small cubes. Clean the lettuce and slice it into thin strips. Wash the mint and pluck the leaves. Chop finely.
Step 3
Mix the cottage cheese with the mint and oil. Add the cucumber, lettuce, and couscous.
