- Parsley - 1 bunch

Pour boiling water over the couscous in a 2 to 1 ratio.
Step 2
Chop the bell pepper, tomatoes, and parsley. Once the couscous has swollen, add the bell pepper, tomatoes, olives, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, and parsley.
