  • Couscous - 7.1 oz
  • Apple - 2 pieces
  • Pitted Wild Apricots - 3.5 oz
  • Raisins - 3.5 oz
  • Honey - 3 tablespoons
  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Water - 10 fl oz
  • Mild Chili Spice - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soak the raisins and prunes in hot water for a few minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, cut the apples into cubes.

Step 3

Heat a skillet, melt the butter and honey.

Step 4

Add the apples, raisins, and prunes. Sauté for about 5 minutes over medium-high heat.

Step 5

Add the chili powder (optional).

Step 6

Pour the couscous into the mixture. Stir well.

Step 7

Pour boiling water over everything, stir, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
