Description

Ingredients
- Couscous - 4.2 oz
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chicken Broth - 10 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry in heated oil until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
Step 2
In the remaining juices in the saucepan, sauté the onion and diced peppers for 3–4 minutes. Add the couscous, tomato paste, and crushed garlic, and mix everything together. Reduce the heat.
Step 3
Pour in water (broth), add salt, and all the spices.
Step 4
Add the chicken, reduce the heat to low, and simmer covered for another 5–7 minutes.
