- Couscous - ½ cup
- Boiling water - ¾ cup
- Italian chopped parsley - 1 tablespoon
- Pitted olives - 7 pieces
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 5 pieces
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Ocean salt - to taste

Place the couscous in a deep bowl.

Pour boiling water over it.
