Couscous with Vegetables and Herbs

Ingredients

  • Couscous - 1 cup
  • Boiling water - 1½ cups
  • Arugula - 5 stems
  • Ramiro Pepper - ½ piece
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 4 pieces
  • Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
  • Sumac - ½ teaspoon

Pour the couscous into a deep bowl. Add the mixed peppers and salt.
