- Breadcrumbs - ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the crab meat, grate the cheese on a coarse grater (or blend together in a food processor), and press the garlic. Add the eggs and flour. Mix well.
Step 2
Form patties, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Step 3
