Ingredients

  • Crab Meat - 10.6 oz
  • Scallions - 1.8 oz
  • Macadamia Nuts - 15 pieces
  • Cilantro - to taste
  • Mango - 1 piece
  • Yogurt powder - 1.4 oz
  • Malt Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the crab meat.

Step 2

Boil the eggs hard and slice them.

Step 3

Toast the cashews in a dry skillet.

Step 4

Chop the green onions and cilantro.

Step 5

Finely chop half of the mango and combine it with yogurt and wine vinegar. Add salt and pepper.

Step 6

Slice the remaining mango flesh.

Step 7

Combine all ingredients and dress the salad with the yogurt sauce.
