- Dried Apricots - 5.6 oz
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 12 oz
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Shallot - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the dried apricots into 4 pieces and place them in a small saucepan. Add water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the cranberries and cook for another 5 minutes until the cranberries start to burst.
Step 3
Finely chop the shallots and add them to the saucepan, cooking for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
