  • Red Curry Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili Flakes - ½ teaspoon
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon

In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, vinegar, cinnamon, ginger, curry, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring. Let cool, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
