Ingredients
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 4 glasses
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Orange zest - 1 tablespoon
- Ground clove - ½ spoons
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar, and stir until it comes to a boil.
Step 2
When the sugar has dissolved, add the cranberries. Bring to a boil, and when the cranberries start to burst, reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the spices and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat, transfer to a sauce boat, and let cool.
