Ingredients
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 2 cups
- Brandy - 3 tablespoons
- Brown Sugar - 1 cup
- Orange juice concentrate - ¼ cup
- Allspice berries - 3 pieces
- Green peppercorns - 4 pieces
- Chili Flakes - ½ teaspoon
- Ground clove - 2 pieces
- Cinnamon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine cranberries, brandy, sugar, and orange juice.
Step 2
Place allspice, cloves, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and cinnamon in several layers of cheesecloth. Tie securely. Add to the saucepan.
Step 3
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15–20 minutes until thickened. Transfer to a bowl and remove the spice pouch. Cool.
