Crayfish Salad in Avocado
Ingredients
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Pear - 1 piece
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - 3.5 oz
- Crawfish Tails in Tomato Sauce - 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Carefully scoop out the flesh, keeping the skin intact. Dice the flesh into small pieces.
Step 2
Remove the core from the pear and cut it into pieces.
Step 3
Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
Step 4
Finely chop the green onion.
Step 5
Cut the crayfish tails in half.
Step 6
Boil the chicken eggs (2 pcs) hard and chop them finely.
Step 7
Gently mix everything together, adding the cottage cheese and 50–100 grams of sour cream.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 9
Spoon the salad into each half of the avocado.
Step 10
Garnish with thinly sliced pear wedges.
