  • Crayfish - 10 pieces
  • Eel - 3.5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Salad Potatoes - 5.3 oz
  • Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
  • Green Peas - 1.8 oz
  • Cauliflower - 3.5 oz
  • Turnips - 1.8 oz
  • Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
  • Prunes - 0.7 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Combine the crayfish with the boiled vegetables. Add diced egg whites, chopped tomatoes, and green peas. Mix well.

Step 2

For the dressing, mash the yolk and whisk with sour cream. Add finely chopped prunes.

Step 3

Dress the salad, season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Boil the crayfish in boiling water with chopped dill, peel, and drizzle with lemon juice.

Step 5

Hard boil the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Dice the whites.

Step 6

Boil the cauliflower, potatoes, and carrots. Dice the vegetables.
