Ingredients
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Dorbly Cheese - 1.1 oz
- 10% cream - 1 fl oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Pickled garlic - 0.4 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Dill - 1 sprig
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small skillet, heat the oil and add the doreble cheese. Reduce the heat to medium.
Step 2
Cover with a lid.
Step 3
Finely chop the chili.
Step 4
Do the same with the ginger.
Step 5
Add the chili to the cheese and mix.
Step 6
Pour in the cream.
Step 7
Season with black pepper.
Step 8
Add the cream cheese and mix.
Step 9
Add the ginger and remove from heat.
Step 10
Transfer the sauce to a convenient container. Salt to taste.
Step 11
Add the finely chopped dill and serve.
