  • Scallions - 1 piece
  • 10% cream - 1½ cups
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - ¼ teaspoon
  • Fresh basil leaves - ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 teaspoons
  • Garlic chips - 0.1 teaspoons
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Coat the chicken in Cajun seasoning.

Step 2

Fry the chicken in butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
