Creamy Fusilli Pasta with Cheese

Ingredients

  • Pasta shells - 12.3 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 8 tablespoons
  • Cream - 7 fl oz
  • Garlic - 3 pieces
  • Sumac - ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0.3 teaspoon
  • Pink Himalayan Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Nutmeg - ½ teaspoon

Place a pot of water on high heat. After a minute, add salt and oil.

Once the water boils, add the pasta, reduce the heat, and cook according to the package instructions.

A couple of minutes before the cooking time is up, add the sumac.

Then season with black pepper. Stir well.
