Creamy Fusilli with Ham and Zucchini
Ingredients
- Pasta shells - 10.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 1 head
- Courgette - 2 pieces
- Smoked Ham on the Bone - 3.5 oz
- Le Roule Cheese - 4.4 oz
- Arugula - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until al dente.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the finely chopped onion for 3-4 minutes until soft. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and add to the onion. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until soft.
Step 3
Then add the julienned ham and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta, reserving a bit of the water, and mix with the zucchini, ham, and diced cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and serve, garnished with arugula leaves.
