- Goat cheese - 7.1 oz
- Ground Nutmeg - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Heat the cream over low heat.
Step 2
Break the Gorgonzola into pieces and gently mash it with a fork. Add the cheese to the hot cream and let it simmer for 8 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Remove the cheese mixture from the heat and, while stirring continuously, add the lemon juice, then add the nutmeg and pepper.
