Ingredients
- Salmon - 7.1 oz
- Spaghetti - 17.6 oz
- Cream - 17 fl oz
- Garlic - 8 cloves
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dill - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the salmon into long strips.
Step 2
Finely chop the dill and similarly chop the garlic.
Step 3
In a wide pot or deep skillet, sauté the garlic in olive oil. Attention! Only until fragrant, not until browned.
Step 4
Pour in the cream and, over medium heat, let it reduce by two-thirds while stirring regularly — allow it to thicken.
Step 5
Add the salmon to the resulting sauce for just a couple of minutes, and also add the previously cooked pasta. The pasta should be slightly undercooked, as it will finish cooking perfectly in the sauce. Be sure to taste the sauce to see if it needs salt (the salmon was already salted).
Step 6
Heat the salmon with the pasta for another couple of minutes, then serve immediately.
