Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 14.1 oz
- Squid - 17.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Tomatoes - 5 pieces
- Hard Cheese - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the squid and cut it into rings, then place it in a skillet greased with olive oil.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them separately.
Step 3
Cook the pasta until al dente.
Step 4
Add the onion and garlic to the squid, along with the sour cream, tomato paste, spices, and a glass of water (or fish broth). Simmer covered for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
In a large container, mix the pasta with the squid, sprinkle with grated cheese, and add sliced tomatoes. Serve warm!
