Creamy Pasta with Tuna and Spinach
Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 10.6 oz
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 1 can
- Viola Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Spinach - 3.5 oz
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add spaghetti to boiling water with 1 tablespoon of olive oil (can use sunflower oil). Cook until al dente for 7–8 minutes.
Step 2
In a skillet, sauté finely chopped spinach (can be fresh or frozen) in a drop of olive oil.
Step 3
Add 20% cream, Viola cheese, and tuna to the spinach, simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add crushed garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Combine the resulting sauce with the pasta and mix well.
