- 10% cream - to taste
- Basil - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Garlic - 2 heads
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta. Always remember the golden ratio — 1000 ml of water / 100 grams of pasta / 10 grams of salt. It is best when the pasta is made from durum wheat.
Step 2
Once the pasta is ready, add salt, pepper, olive oil, and garlic. Then add the tomato paste and cream. Put everything in a pan to warm up.
Step 3
Add herbs and cheese to taste.
Step 4
Serve with mineral water.
