- Sugar - 0.7 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 5.3 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 17.6 oz
- Aged gouda cheese - 5.3 oz
- Melted Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Ground meat - 28.2 oz
- Grill Meat Spice Blend - to taste
- Parsley - 0.5 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar, then pour in half of the milk and mix well.
Step 3
Gradually incorporate 250 grams of sifted flour into the egg mixture.
Step 4
Pour in the water and mix. The batter should have a consistency similar to yogurt.
Step 5
Finally, add salt and vegetable oil, stir again, and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Dice the onion into small cubes.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onion until golden brown.

Add the ground meat and cook, breaking it into small pieces with a potato masher.

When the meat mixture changes color, add the tomato sauce, finely chopped garlic, spices, and salt. Stir well.

Add finely chopped parsley and cover with a lid.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter, add the remaining flour, and stir until smooth.

Fry the pancakes on a well-heated skillet on both sides. You will need about ten pancakes for the lasagna.

Place a pancake at the bottom of the dish, then layer several pancakes overlapping on the sides. This will make it easier to remove the lasagna from the dish.
