Ingredients
- Cress salad - 17.6 oz
- Celery stalk - 3 pieces
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Chives - 1.1 oz
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Oranges - 3 pieces
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Pecan - 2.1 oz
- Orange zest - 2 teaspoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the cress into individual shoots. Transfer to a large bowl and add thinly sliced cucumber, chopped celery, sliced onion, and chopped chives. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Peel the oranges. Separate into segments and cut out only the pulp. Transfer to the salad bowl.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, and zest. Sprinkle with black pepper and mix well. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and top with nuts.
