- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Coconut flakes - 3 cups
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Dried onion powder - ½ teaspoon
- Sage - ¼ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Milk - ½ cup
- Chicken bones - 2 lbs

Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 2
In a plastic bag, add the cornflakes and crush them by hand or with a rolling pin. Add the flour, paprika, dried onion, sage, and a little salt and pepper to the bag. Mix well.
Step 3
One by one, dip each chicken leg in the milk and then place it in the bag. Shake to ensure the coating evenly covers the chicken and lay them out on a clean baking sheet. Repeat with all the legs.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes until cooked through.
