Ingredients

  • Duck wings - 2 lbs
  • Breadcrumbs - 10.6 oz
  • Paprika - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Chicken Seasoning - to taste
  • Ground Dried Garlic - to taste
  • Butter - 5.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the chicken wings. Rinse them well.

Step 2

Cut the wings at the joint into three parts. The smallest part can be discarded.

Step 3

Thoroughly dry them with a paper towel on all sides.

Step 4

Season with salt to taste.

Step 5

Pour the breadcrumbs into a deep bowl.

Step 6

Add salt and pepper.

Step 7

Stir in the paprika.

Step 8

Add any poultry spices.

Step 9

Also add the dried garlic to the mixture.

Step 10

Mix well until uniform.

Step 11

Melt the butter.

Step 12

Place the chicken wings in a deep bowl, add the breadcrumb mixture, and mix to coat the meat completely.

Using tongs, dip each wing in the melted butter.

Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 20–25 minutes until crispy.
