- Duck wings - 2 lbs
- Breadcrumbs - 10.6 oz
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chicken Seasoning - to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic - to taste
- Butter - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the chicken wings. Rinse them well.

Cut the wings at the joint into three parts. The smallest part can be discarded.

Thoroughly dry them with a paper towel on all sides.

Season with salt to taste.

Pour the breadcrumbs into a deep bowl.

Add salt and pepper.

Stir in the paprika.

Add any poultry spices.

Also add the dried garlic to the mixture.

Mix well until uniform.
