  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 2 lbs
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Potato protein - 1 teaspoon
  • Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste

Add salt and baking soda. Mix well.
