Ingredients

  • Potato - 10.6 oz
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
  • Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 2 spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and sauté it until golden brown.

Step 2

Add the coarsely chopped mushrooms and sauté over high heat until the liquid has evaporated. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Stir in the sour cream.

Peel the potatoes and slice them very thinly into rounds.
