- Duck wings - 2 lbs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens - 1½ teaspoons
- Vinegar essence - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 8 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Malt Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Green Butter - 1 head
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the garlic. Finely chop the chili pepper and mix it with the garlic, salt, tomato paste, honey, 1 teaspoon of mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, herbs, and 3 tablespoons of oil.
Step 2
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with foil, brush with the marinade, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 392°F, periodically brushing with the marinade. Tear the lettuce into large pieces. Mix half a teaspoon of mustard with wine vinegar, oil, season with salt and pepper, and dress the salad. Serve with the wings.
