Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Smoked salt - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Dried Garlic - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Duck wings - 31.7 oz
- Barbecue sauce - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 428°F.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with foil and place a metal rack on top.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, dried garlic, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Pat the wings dry with paper towels and arrange them on the rack.
Step 5
Using a silicone brush, coat the wings with the oil and spice mixture and bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes.
Step 6
While the wings are baking, heat the barbecue sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Step 7
When the wings are done, remove them from the oven and brush them with barbecue sauce.
Step 8
Return the wings to the oven and bake for another 5–10 minutes; the sauce should caramelize and become sticky.

Serve the wings hot with extra barbecue sauce.
