- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Parsley - ½ bunch
- Crucian Carp - 6 pieces
- Dill - ½ bunch
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Onion - 2 heads
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the crucian carp from scales. Make cuts across the bodies every 0.3 cm. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Finely chop the herbs and mix with the sour cream.
Step 3
Generously coat the crucian carp with the resulting mixture.
Step 4
Place the crucian carp on a baking sheet greased with butter.
Step 5
Slice the onion into rings about 0.5 cm thick and place on the baking sheet with the crucian carp.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, then pour the juice that has formed on the baking sheet over the crucian carp and return to the oven for another 25–30 minutes.
