- Crucian Carp - 2 lbs
- Tomatoes - 3 lbs
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Beans - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Slice the onion into feathers.

Chop the parsley randomly.
Step 4
Clean the crucian carp from scales, gut them, and rinse.
Step 5
Pass the ripe tomatoes through a meat grinder.
Step 6
Mix the flour with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Dredge the fish in flour and shake off the excess.

In a heavy-bottomed skillet, heat the oil and fry the crucian carp on one side until golden brown.

Flip the crucian carp, add the onion and parsley, and continue frying until the carp are browned.

Pour the tomato puree over the fish, season with salt, cover with a lid, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
