Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Water - 1 cup
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Dry yeast - 0.5 oz
- Rosemary - 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour. Dissolve the yeast in half of the warm water, mix with the flour, and add the remaining water.
Step 2
Knead the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
Step 3
Add eggs, melted butter, lemon juice, and rosemary leaves to the dough. Let the dough rest for another 20 minutes under a lid.
Step 4
Mix the raw fish fillet with chopped onion, season the mixture with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Take spoonfuls of dough and drop small balls into boiling oil. When the balls turn golden brown, remove them with a slotted spoon, drain on paper, and then place them on a skillet or in a baking dish. Top the balls with the fish filling and smooth it out. Bake everything in the oven.
