Ingredients
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Broth - 38.8 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 5.6 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Red Grape Juice - 2.8 oz
- Pickled Eggplant with Peppers - 2.8 oz
- Pork fat - 1.4 oz
- Parsley - 2.8 oz
- Citric Acid - 0.2 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a pot with pork fat, add garlic and onion and sauté until golden brown. Add pickled pepper, cut into strips, tomato paste, red wine, finely chopped parsley, and sauté further. Then pour in the broth and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
Step 2
Before the end of cooking, add sugar, citric acid, pepper, and salt.
