  • Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice - 7 fl oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 5 tablespoons
  • Spices - to taste
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the pork into small pieces and marinate in freshly squeezed orange juice, adding spices to taste, for about 1 hour.

Step 2

Place the meat on a paper towel and squeeze out excess moisture.

Step 3

Set aside the remaining marinade.

Step 4

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Step 5

Fry the meat over high heat until cooked through, but not browned.

Step 6

Reduce the heat to low and add finely chopped onion, the remaining marinade, and tomato paste. Cook for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
