Ingredients
- Beans - 2.8 oz
- Cucumbers - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 1.6 oz
- Fat - 0.9 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 0.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.2 oz
- Herbs - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Citric Acid - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the beans, preferably overnight.
Step 2
Boil and drain the broth.
Step 3
Add the tomato sauce prepared as follows: sauté the flour in fat while stirring, then dilute with the bean broth. Also add onion, tomato paste, citric acid, spices, salt, and cook for 20–25 minutes.
Step 4
Strain, then add the cooked cucumaria, salt, pepper, mix, and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Garnish with herbs before serving.
