Ingredients
- Red Wine Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Natural Yogurt - ¾ cup
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Salt - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mint Leaves - 12 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the cucumbers and slice them thinly. Transfer to a colander, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for half an hour.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing. In a salad bowl, mix the yogurt, vinegar, and a pinch of pepper. Stack 8 mint leaves on top of each other, roll them into a tube, and slice with a sharp knife. Add the mint to the dressing.
Step 3
Transfer the cucumber slices to a clean paper towel and pat dry. Place the cucumbers in the salad bowl and mix everything together. Garnish with the remaining mint leaves.
