Ingredients
- Dried Rosemary - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 1 glass
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - ½ glasses
- Agave Syrup - 3 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For decoration, slice 12 thin rounds of cucumber (the cucumbers should be large).
Step 2
Peel the remaining cucumbers and chop them into small pieces. Transfer them to a blender along with the rosemary. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Pass the puree through a sieve into a bowl, pressing out all the liquid.
Step 4
Add water, lemon juice, and syrup. Mix well and pour into glasses.
Step 5
Serve over ice, garnished with cucumber slices and sprigs of rosemary.
