- Mild Chili Spice - ½ piece
- Cucumbers - 5 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Spanish onions - ½ head
- Cilantro - 1 sprig
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the cucumbers, remove the seeds. Cut into strips 1 cm thick and 4–5 cm long.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings and rinse in cold water.
Step 3
Cut the chili pepper diagonally into rings.
Step 4
Chop the cilantro coarsely.
Step 5
For the dressing: mix finely chopped garlic, lemon juice, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
Step 6
Dress the salad with the sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
